We have several cats and therefore one of these in every room. We only gave it 3 stars because we're not entirely sure whether the product actually works - we've never experimented not using it. Our cats get along fairly well, but we don't know if it's due to the Feliway or their general laid-back personalities.
Very cheap to buy if you live in Canada - approx. $25 per diffuser including shipping -vs- having to purchase from the vet and pay $35 for the refill alone!

My male cat has been over grooming for a couple of years. I've tried allergy shots and food changes. My last resort, short of a phsycologist, was the Feliway Diffuser. So far, I don't think it's working, but I will buy a refill and give it one more chance.
diffuser dries out

The pheromones work great but the diffuser wick dries up after few days. I turn it upside down, with the bottle attached so the liquid can rewet the wick and it dries out again in a few days. Too bad the bottle doesn't fit any of the room deodorizer diffusers on the market.
Too soon to say

I haven’t been using this product long enough to be sure that it will work efficiently. So far, my cat has had one relapse. That was 10+ days ago. She’s behaving better than before I used Feliway, but I want to wait a while longer to really believe that it is working as planned.
take a chance

I hoped it would work , but not in our case, we have 2 female cats, one keeps bullying the new small one for 7 months now, I bought 2 diffusers, and a hand pump spray. I thought by now things would calm down. So thats about all I can say, it may work for some.

Unfortunately, I saw no evidence that this product had any effect on either of my cats whatsoever. I'm disappointed.
Did not work for us

This product may work for others, it didn't seem to do anything to calm our cat.
We tried a single diffuser and also the spray. Perhaps a 6-pack distributed throughout
the house may have some effect.

Not so good so far.
Almost a month in, my cat has sprayed on the diffuser twice and continues to spray at will around the house.
I'm willing to go with this for 2 months to see if there is a change.

While I think the Feliway Diffuser is helping, my male cat has not completely stopped marking the plastic cabinet we have in the pantry. I use the Urine Away product that was also recommended for when he does mark it but he has not quit completely. I never know from one day to the next if I will find he has marked the cabinet. Sometimes it's a week or more but just when I think he has stopped he does it again. I've been using both products now for about 5 months. It's definitely better but he's hasn't stopped completely.

The item shipped/arrived on time. Product was exactly as described. Lasted just at one month.

Nothing seems to help much to keep Dexter from spraying around the house. I change his Calming Collar and the Feliways at the beginning of each month. It slows him down for about a week and then we have to be careful again as the spraying increases again. He should be in a one cat household but we already had 2 other cats when we took him. We now know why the former owners gave him up. "But, what's a mother to do?"
